AGREEMENT: Purchasing, renting or viewing the "Smoke" documentary DVD or its contents signifies your broad and general indemnification that releases CarAntics (owners, employees, partners, relations, contributors, collaborators, and associates) from any and all direct, indirect, or consequential responsibility for any willfull or negligent harm, damage, misconduct or consequences which may arise due to (or arguably might have occurred during) the production, distribution, presentation or application of this documentary DVD and its contents in any manner. This Agreement, bound by your payment, viewing or participation, basically intends that you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for anything and everything.
